I am here to write after a super duper uber really, really long time. And this happens to be a complain-ad-let-it-all-out post. How amusingly predictable.
I dislocated my right ankle yet again. third time since last year, hurrah to the bruce-lee-in-training me. Anyhoo, I was on crutches. My armpits hurt. As usual the bus was PACKED. As in packed. So when i hobbled up the bus, everyone just seemed like they needed to pee desporately, staring at me as if their eyes were about to pop from controlling the pee. after five minutes or so, this frail weak OLD MAN noticed that I was an independent handicap and let his seat to me. HOW NICE.
When I got off the bus, two caucasians immediately took my bag and sheltered me home, a ten-minutes walk (it was raining). Did I mention that they were lawyers? Holy cow. A singaporean lawyer would have stuck his or her nose up hiiigh and might not have even noticed me.
This is why I seriously think that singaporeans are selfish. Majority.
Oh oh oh did I mention that this happens in school too? No matter how wonderful sota sounds, when someone faints, there will be some people who are bound to run over just to fight for oxygen. And to take a look at what is happening, so she can vividly describe the incident to her little group of friends.
